Here’s a quick guide on how to get started with online payments and ensure your student’s meal account is always funded and ready to go.
Step 1: Access the Online Payment Portal
Start by visiting the online payment portal link, which is available on our school’s website under the “Nutrition Services” or “Meal Payments” section. If it’s your first time using the portal, you’ll need to create an account using your email address and your child’s student ID number, which is provided by the school. If you already have an account, simply log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Adding Funds to Your Child’s Account
Once logged in, navigate to the “Add Funds” or “Deposit Money” option. Select your child’s account (or multiple accounts if you have more than one student) and enter the amount you wish to deposit. The system will show a confirmation screen, allowing you to review the transaction before submitting. You can use various payment methods, such as credit or debit cards, and in some cases, electronic checks.
Step 3: Set Up Balance Alerts and Auto Payments
